Once your item arrives at our warehouse, we pack it up and ship it out fast. Most packages ship in just a few days!

How does Megumi Express work?
You place an order with us, we purchase the product on your behalf, and then ship it to your address anywhere in the world.
What are the shipping fees?
Shipping fees vary depending on the product size, weight, and destination. You will receive a detailed cost breakdown before shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been placed with the seller. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
Are there some items you can't get?
Yes. Some items are impossible to ship due to size restrictions, or are just too difficult to obtain. If the item would violate local laws in the target country, we would not be able to get it for you.

While we’ve always been open to carrying products our customers ask us about, J-List is now announcing that our buyers will be happy to search for special orders for you! Some examples might include:
Cool anime Blu-ray discs that aren’t on the site
Nintendo Switch or other console games we don’t already stock
Photobooks or JAV titles that aren’t on the site, or were but have gone out of stock
Ero products we don’t already stock (although note that out-of-production products are generally not available)
Pretty much anything else!
Of course, there are limits to what our staff can obtain. Books or magazines from many years ago will likely be hard to get. And of course, anything we couldn’t ship to your country legally.
To ask us to get an item for you, open a ticket and one of our buyers will get back to you ASAP!
Also, Price Matching!
Have you seen the same ero toys or similar products J-List sells on other online stores? We’ll be happy to price match, giving you the same price as those shops! Just reach out to us and we’ll let you know how to get the lower price. Thanks for your support!
(Of course, there are some products that are impossible for us to price match, namely anime figures, which larger online stores are able to purchase for a significantly lower price than J-List can. Gomen nasai, and thanks for your understanding!)
